Laser cutting and bending

Gybo A/S has own laser cutting department with 2 laser cutters.

We offer laser cutting in iron as thick as 20 mm, stainless steel as thick as 15 mm and aluminium as thick as 8 mm, in addition, we are able to cut plate dimensions up to 2000x4000 mm. As we also have our own 4 meter bending machine – we are able to also finish large items in house. 

We work multiple shifts as required.  And with our large raw material stock nearby, we are in most instances able to offer fast delivery, even of large series.  To us, it is very important to maintain a high utilization level.  The price on large series may therefore very well be very advantageous. Turret punching
One of our laser cutters has the ability to perform turret punching in iron and stainless steel as thick as 6 mm as well as aluminium up to 2 mm. Click here for references. 

The bending department
Our powerful CNC edge presses and skilled staff make it possible to perform advanced bending on even large items. We perform a test bend and if required, we make custom-made tools for your specific job.
